Recent Awards


May 13, 2016 – The Olmstead Company’s subsidiary, Campus Growth, LLC, won a contract with the University of St. Augustine of Health Sciences (USAHS) in Florida for renovation of current Miami temporary campus. We will provide facilities requirements, scope definition, design-build bid support, contract negotiations, design oversight, construction oversight, construction management, invoice management, and project closeout. All phases of work will be closely coordinated with USAHS.

January 4, 2016 – The Olmstead Company’s subsidiary, Campus Growth, LLC, won a contract for the integrated project delivery of the renovation of San Marcos, California, campus of the University of St. Augustine Health Sciences (USAHS) to accommodate increased enrollment. Part of the project will be to develop a simulation laboratory. We will provide facilities requirements, scope definition, design-build bid support, contract negotiations, design oversight, construction oversight, construction management, invoice management, and project closeout. All phases of work will be closely coordinated with USAHS.

January 4, 2016 – The Olmstead Company won a contract to oversee the development of the temporary and permanent campuses in Miami, Florida, for the University of St. Augustine Health Sciences (USAHS). We will provide real estate development support to find a permanent site that meets the facility requirements and location parameters of USAHS. We will support the expansion of the temporary facilities supporting changing enrollment. For both phases, we will develop facilities requirements, scope definition, design-build bid support, contract negotiations, design oversight, construction oversight, construction management, invoice management, and project closeout. All work will be closely coordinated with USAHS.

January 4, 2016 – The Olmstead Company won a contract with Laureate Education, Inc., Baltimore, Maryland, to support overall maintenance needs at three campuses in Austin, Texas, St. Augustine, Florida, and San Marcos, California. We will manage the overall maintenance efforts of these three campuses, support all structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, and capital project work. The scope includes coordinating all efforts with on-site facilities manager and campus directors.
