Current Work

Among our ongoing and recently-completed projects, the Olmstead Company is providing or has completed these representative projects:

  • Real estate development support to help a Miami client find a permanent site that met the facility requirements and location parameters. We have developed facilities requirements, scope definition, design-build bid support, contract negotiations, and design oversight, and are providing construction oversight, construction management, invoice management, and project closeout.   • Long-range capital project development for a multi-campus university in several states.

  • Real estate support to develop a new health care university campus in a major Texas city.
